Is there any way to restrict the webpages users can view down to oly a few
websites, like MSN.com and weather.com.

Yes, go to the internet properties and click content, then under content
adviser, click enable and set it up. If that doesn't work click security,
then select Restricted sites then click sites right below that.Type the most
used sites in and click ok, DONE. If that still doesn't work, maybe someone
else has an idea.
