Restricting access to workbook

How can I prevent others, but not all, from accessing a
workbook? I don't want certain people to see a given
workbook even in read-only fashion.
 
The easiest option is to save the file with something in the 'password
to open' field. That way the only people who can open it are those who
you give the password to.

This is not 100% effective as there are password crackers available, but
will keep out 'normal' users.
