Restricted USERS can see software even after installed with Admin Priv...

Win2k AD server
XP Pro SPII client

So I installed the software as Admin while logged on to the domain,
then sign on as a restricted user on the domain and none of the
Programs are in the start menu. So I installed office 2003 with
elevated privledges aka as ADMIN and rebooted. Signed back on as USER
and still empty under programs. Am I doing something wrong?

Move the shortcuts to: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\ [file \folder name]"
The programs probably install shortcuts to only the Admin's start menu.
