Hi,
Whenever I open Internet Explorer I am seeing this 'Restricted Sites' in the
status bar. Previously it was showing Internet when I open IE but now it has
changed to Restricted Sites. Now can anyone please help me in changing it
back to the default settings?

Thanks,
iice.

Try resetting your blank page to something known, such as: http://www.microsoft.com
Post back your findings.

I have set the default page to http://microsoft.com also. When the page loads up it shows the status bar shows Internet but once I revert back the the blank default page it again shows restricted sites in the status bar.

i tried even that setting the home page to microsoft.com. but that too does
not seem to work anyhow. it is again showing restricted sites only.
