Restricted Sites in IE 6 doesn't work

I'm trying to add a website to the restricted site list but after I add
it , it still lets me go to the site. How do I get this working?

Restricted sites doesn't stop you from browsing to those sites, instead it
disables certain things like scripts from running on those sites as per your
settings in the restricted site zone. Management of site blocking is easily
accomplished a number of ways. I like Ray's Hostess personally or just
blocking it at the firewall.
