properly. That's right no script or other type of cheep way.
This should work in NT, 2000, XP Pro
How to Lockout (Restrict Access) Domain Users from XP Workstations
You go to your Control Panel then Administrative Tools
Open up Local Security Policy
Select the Local Policies and then User Rights Assignment
In the Policy tab you will see Deny Logon Locally
