Restrict User Access

I have a database that has 2 forms. I have set up command buttons to toggle
between the two forms. I want to restrict certain users from accessing the
second form. How do I do this ?
 
If you use access security you can make the goto form button visible by the
group they are a member of.

If not you can use there windows login ID. Put the id and group name in a
table and
goto form button visible by the group they are a member of in that table.
