How do I block other users on my computer from accessing windows explorer? I
have 3 other registered users on my computer however I prefer that they only
have access to certain programs and not windows explorer.

Please advise. Any suggestions on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Windows Explorer is XP's graphical user interface. Are you sure you
don't mean Internet Explorer?

Since you haven't told us what version of XP you are running, here is
general information:

If you have Pro, you can set group policies to do this.
Start>Run>gpedit.msc. Be very careful using the Group Policy editor; it
is completely possible to lock yourself out. Questions about group
policy should be posted here:

microsoft.public.windows.group_policy

If you have XP Home, you don't have the built-in ability to create
fine-grained limitations. Make the other users Limited accounts and use
either MVP Doug Knox's Security Console or the MS Shared Computer
Toolkit to set the restrictions the way you want.
