Hello,

I am currently working on creating a workgroup XP professional
workstation build for my employer and I am currently trying to lock
down access to folders for users in the 'Users' group. I have looked
at both the Local Security Policy and the Security Templates but I
have had no luck with this.

Can somebody please assist me in how I can create various user groups
and grant them different levels of access to specific folders.

Many thanks in advance,

Phil

Bruce,

Many thanks for this, exactly what I needed. It was the disable
simplified sharing option that I was looking for.

Best regards,

Phil
