restrict printing & coping permission in public folder address bo

I am tring to restrict permission for printing & coping of our public
folder address book. My system is sbs2003. I would like to prevent the
remote desk top clients and the internal clients from coping or printing.
 
There are no such permissions available for Outlook address information.
