Restrict Menu Options

When my database is open how can I restrict the Menu Bar so that I can block
out the commands under File - ie - Print Preview - Print - Page Setup. Also
the
edit commands.

You can create a new menu bar and replace the existing one. You can also
customize the existing one (right-click and choose Customize) but you
changes will be reglected in all databases.
