Restrict HTML Page to a single page print

I want to restrict my web page to always print on single page just
like I can do in microsoft excel by setting print area and using page
break view functionality. Can anyone help me in this regard ???

You have absolutely no control. The viewer may be using any of several
browsers. Some users may have font size set to maximum (sight impaired). You
could have the entire page an image, but then you may be thumbing your nose
at the sight impaired.
