Restrict e-mail message in Outlook 2002 from being forwarded

I've tested sending messages marked Private, Personal or Confidential to
co-worker who was able to forward message to another. Boss wants to restrict
e-mail to only recipient. Is this possible?

After reading below, do I understand correctly that this is an add-on package
that would enable this function but it has to be installed on the servers?
Since I don't see this functionality on my pc, I assume that our company does
not have it. Thanks again,

There is a server component and a client component. You could ask your
systems administrator - you may well have it. Or perhaps they will install
it if they know there is interest.
