Restrict CD Playback?

Does anyone know how I can restrict music cd playback
capability for some or all workstations on our network? I
looked through the registry but couldn't find just one
place that looked like it would do this.

Not sure. There is a GPO to restrict CD-Rom access to the locally
logged on user. There is a Restrict access by Drive Letter. If all
CDs have the same drive letter...
There is the "physically disconnect the drive inside the case"...

Others may have better answers.
