Restrict application access in Terminal Server sessions

When user log into the system via terminal server services, are there
anyway to control/restrict the display (and access) of application
icons by user ??

Sure. Redirection to a custom Desktop folder and Start Menu and
the AppSec Tool from the Resource Kit (or Software Restriction
Tool if you run 2003).
