Restrict a Pocket PC to just one application

I am just starting development on a PocketPc 2003 application where the
customer (think of him as Kim Jong-il) wants this application to be the ONLY
application available to the persons that will use it. Basically he wants
the device to start up running this application and to refuse to allow the
user to close the application. I know, I know. This is a most draconian
view of the world, but he is footing the bill, and wants FULL CONTROL of
what the user can use the device for.

Realistically how close can to his ideal can I get him?
Does the Pocket PC have the equivalent of a windows start up folder?
Can I make my app the replace the Today screen?
Is there any way to have my app refuse to close and refuse to be sent to the
background?
Is there any way to make the START menu disappear?
Failing that how to remove all items from the Start menu, but the ones that
Kim Jong-il approves of?
Failing that require some sort of authentication to run other programs?

Even though I enjoy making fun of my client, he does have a sound business
reason for the request. His business provides a short term rental
(typically just a few days) of the application already installed on the
device, up and running, ready to do all that it does. He just wants to
reduce the number of service desk calls caused by a customer "experimenting"
with this totally cool device.

Can anyone point me into the right direction?
