Restoring the "Copy To CD" option in Files and Folder Tasks

I used to be able to select a file, then click an option to the effect of "Copy To CD" on the lefthand side underneath File and Folder Tasks. It's no longer there and I fixed it once before but cannot remember how I did it. Anyone able to direct me in how to do it? Thanks so much!
 
Check to make sure that you CDRW drive is enabled.
Right click on your CDRW drive, select Properties, Recording tab, Enable.

If that is correct, you could try:-
1. Click on Start
2. Click on Run
3. Type the following in the textbox: REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
(Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...)
4. Press Enter.
