My Windows crash, but I was able to save my data files before rebuilding.

I've recovered my Outlook 2003 pst file. Where do I find the datafile with
the setup for my email accounts?
 
Email account information is kept in the Registry, not in a data file. If
you had to rebuild Windows, this information may be lost.
