Restoring replication structure

I have two domain controllers in a child domain belonging to the same site.
As a result of my apparently innocent actions I had to drop the
corresponding server objects in the site. Now my question is: how do I
recreate the proper replication structure betweent the domain controllers.
I created two server objects in the site which I can't bind to computer
accounts in the Sites and Services addin. When I select the computer object
from the dropdown list I obtain a message "The following active directory
error occured: The name reference is invalid". I can't advance any step
further. Please, help.

What do you mean by "drop the corresponding server objects
in the Site"? Do you mean delete?
