Restoring Past Items on TaskBar (Windows XP)

Greeting 4 all.

I want restored the volume icons to the taskbar. Some time
ago the icons was in the taskbar, but, someday was in the
Past Items List.

i want return it to the current list.

How I can do that?

Go to control panel and then "Sound and Audio Devices and you will find a
place to put a check in a box labeled "Place volume icon in taskbar"

Control Panel> Sound and Audio Devices. On the Volume page, place a check
next to "Place volume icon in taskbar." If the icon still does not show up, try
logging off and logging back on.
