I reinstalled XP today to try and fix some problems. The
only things is when I got to the point of entering my
serial # my comp would freeze, my mouse and my keyboard
also. The only is that the blinking line in the serial #
window blinked, but I couldnt type or move my mouse. Mt
friend suggested that I just do afresh install. So I did.
i didn't re-partition, so it installed fine, but when I
opened XP up ALL the files in My Documents, which was all
my video, audio, and pictures (45Gb+) which I used for
video projects were gone. The funny thing is that when i
click on the properties for my C drive, it shows that the
space is still being taken up. My friend said my docs
should still be there, but when i do a search it doesnt
find anything. Can anybody help? i would be ever so
appreciative. Thanks!!!
