Restoring Managed Web Sites list

I sort of accidentally pressed 'Remove All' on the list of Managed Web sites
located in Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Sites...

Is there a way to restore the default list of Blocked and Allowed sites that
comes with Internet Explorer 6? Does Microsoft publish such a list or a file
to download?
 
There are no sites that come with IE6.
That area is empty by default.
If you had sites there, then you either added them yourself or you had
them added by third party software, like Spybot.

I suspect the latter and if so, then add them again.
