restoring journal information - Outlook 2003 standard version.

I have had to re-format my computer and backed up my pst files and other
Outlook files I could see in use as listed in Help - Outlook file locations.
I have restored my data and found my emails, contacts, calendar and tasks
information and address book but I have lost all the journal entries I made
for my contacts.

Can anyone tell me how to find and restore this information?

I had to install a new hard drive and had previously backed up my entire
hard drive to an external drive. I do not know how to restore my outlook
express address book and emails - can you tell me how I do that? Thanks
