restoring IE

I have recently gotten rid of IBIS and IE has a little qwerk. I can not
clear forms from auto complete. Everything else seems fine, but would like
to reinstall IE. Downloaded from Microsoft site IE6 w/ sp1 but installer
says newer version already installed and can not continue. How can I
reinstall IE6?? Thanks

Are you sure you've gotten rid of all your Spyware, Dave?
Did you run Microsoft's Anti-Spyware Beta?
If so, give it a try to help cleanup what may remain;

Install run, read *all* the FAQ's, post back your findings.

If you /have/ already run MSAS, try Lavasoft's Ad-aware;

Install *update* immediately since the latest reference files are not installed
out-of-the-box, run a scan - post back your findings.
