restoring files

I have just accidently deleted some files from my system
(photo`s)How do I restore them?(not in trash bin)
I am a novice(DOH!)

Hi - if they aren't in the recycle bin, and you don't have a backup, you're
sort of out of luck. Might want to check out www.undelete.com for one
possible option (try it ASAP before you've used your computer much!)
