restoring deleted video files

I am in a jam and need help ASAP
I recently bought Pinical Studio 9 for my Digital Video editing needs. I put all my footage on the computer, which took up ALOT OF SPACE. As I was editing my computer kept telling me that the C drive was too low on memory, obviously because of the hour or so of footage I put on my computer. Since I had already put most of the clips that I needed in the movie timelime, I decided to delete the "raw footage" to save space in the C drive. Now I cant even access the footage I have in the timeline. It deleted with the raw footage. I permenatly deleted the raw footage because 1) I did not think it would alter my "already edited footage" and 2) the recycle bin could not hold these extremly large video files. It is VITAL that I get this footage back to save me the tens of hours I spent editing.

I TRIED USING "System Restore" under "Program Files/Properties/System Tools" but it did not restore the deleted raw footage. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN RETRIVE THIS FOOTAGE BACK... or DO I NEED TO EDIT IT ALL OVER AGAIN???

Please email me back at (e-mail address removed) OR post your answer on the page

THANKS and PLEASE HELP!!

by the way I have Windows XP Home Edition. AND I uploaded the footage from a Canon ZR-60 DV camera. I dont know if thats important but if anyone can help me I will be in forever debt.
