restoring deleted programs/files

I did a terrible thing, lol, after months of collecting music I deleted a
"threat" found on antispyware and I DIDN'T MEAN TO! now all my music filed
than ran on this are gone and I am very very upset at myself for making this
mistake. I have no clue how to restore these files. I tried clicking on the
history where it shows what went away :'( but I CAN'T GET THEM BACK!! please
please help! are they still alive somewhere in my computer or is all lost?

I did the same thing to my brother's computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A TON of his
music he downloaded is all gone! And I can not figure out how to get it
back!!!!! Did someone help you fix this???? I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is
not too happy with me! And I only thought I was helping his computer! Does
anyone know how to fix this and get back the deleted stuff that I can only
find in history?????
 
If delete was the choice taken, I've never seen a successful recovery.

If the files are in quarantine, rather than deleted, recovery is possible.

Thank you :'( that's what I thought I should have put them in quarantine oh
well I guess I'll just have to keep gathering songs and burning them as I do
so so this wont happen again. Good luck with your brother Heather!
