Restoring deleted files

Hello:

My question is this. I was setting up sharing
priviledges between computers at my job site. While
sharing these files in the shared documents folder, some
of the files were deleted from one of the computers and
as a result those files that were deleted were deleted
from all the computers. How can I restore those deleted
files to at least one of the computers on the network.
 
several ways to try and recover, 1st is in the recycle
bin if still there then should be able to restore from
there, 2nd is in the history folder, and 3rd is try using
the system restore back to last known time that files
where in system
