Restoring Contacts

We hotsync palm and outlook and last night we did a hotsync and for some
reason it deleted all our contacts out of outlook and the palm. Can someone
please let me know how to restore all our contact information.

Unless you've made a backup of either your PDA or your Outlook, they're gone
for good.

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you; we actually make a backup
solution for PalmOS called BackupBuddy for Windows that actually
maintains a separate and complete historical backup of all your Palm
data (including Contacts) during each HotSync in case something like
this happens:
