Restoring accidentally deleted files?

MS Anti Spyware deleted some important files of mine
while I was removing a program these files were linked
to. How can I get them back? I'm sure there's a way...
 
Tools/Spyware Scan/Manage Spyware Quarantine
Or
Tools/Advanced Tools/Browser Hijack Settings Restore

Otherwise you may need to restore the data from back-ups.
