Restoring Access database

I want to use Access for the first time by restoring a back up file (.bak)
from another database on another system.
What do I need to do ? (The "Help" wasn't very helpful)

Since Access does not create .bak files I'm going to say you need to have
whatever program created that file retrieve it for you.

I would try making a copy of the .bak file then changing the .bak to .mdb.
