Restoring a toolbar on Outlook Express?

I'd be most grateful for help. I don't know how but I've managed to delete /
hide? the toobar (means) of sending an email on Outlook Express. It may be
just a click away but I'm not the brightest e-link in the chain, so if anyone
can tell me, its e-hugs all round.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.
