My contact was deleted and the help menu said that it would be in the deleted
folder...it was not there. As a check and balance, i deleted another contact
to see if it would show in the deleted folder and it did not. Can you please
tell me where these contacts are going so that i can restore my contacts???

Are you looking in the correct deleted items folder? You'll have one
associated with your .pst file and another with your Exchange server.

There's more to your story. Deleted Items go to your Deleted Items Folder
and remain there until you empty it. Make sure you don't have more than one
Deleted Items Folder or that you don't have a view set that might hide items
in your Deleted Items Folder.

did you search for it by the contact's first or last name? Or sort by the
icon column. The normal view sorts by received date and on non-mail items it’s
the created date, so they are rarely at the top, unless the deleted items
folder was empty before you deleted it.
