Restore

I have had a web page up for about a year and was downloading a template to a
sub page and somehow it overwrote my home page. I have looked everywhere,
but it is gone. I looked in: %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\FrontPageTempDir...but to no avail. Is there anywhere else I can look?
Could my web host help me?
 
You might check the Temporary Internet Files if you haven't cleared them.
