If it was a scheduled scan, the default action should be quarantine, rather
than remove, so manage quarantine should be available to you.

Can you say more what the issue is? Are you missing data files. or can you
not connect to the Internet? For missing data files, restore from
quarantine is the thing to check. For broken Internet connectivity, see
this KB article:
