restore will not open gives an error

After installing a new drice C and cloning it I cannot set or use any
function of restore. I have attached some screen shots of what I am
seeing. I did a back up of "system state" no change, did a full back up
no change. Spend hours on MS web site no help. So can someone pin down
the issue?? My direct e mail is (e-mail address removed)
 
Bert you made my day the fix and detail went just about perfect Thnaks
so much for the help. I hate to push my luck but maybe one last (I hope
issue) windows office gives an error so i try to reinstall/repair and it
says a "patch package" is mossing. before I post this any easy fix. I am
going said:
Hi,

Making hardware changes like this can cause problems with System
Restore.
At this point I would suggest reinstalling SR. That should fix it.

You're very welcome.

I would suggest posting the MS Office question to an appropriate Office
newsgroup and let them know what version of office you are referring to.
