I have been using Windows Backup to secure files on a Vista Home Premium
laptop to a disk on my XP desktop. Three days ago the laptop fried its
mainboard and is now in hospital. Of course we are all hoping for a speedy
recovery, but meantime all the files are tucked away in .zip's in a tree of
folders.
Any way of using XP to restore the files into a structure that users can
navigate?
