I need to take my pc in for repairs so before I did that I wanted to transfer
all of my pics to my usb stick. The transfer seemed okay until I checked my
pics on the stick and the first 10 albums are good...the last 30 albums are
not. They all have their orginal names, however they all contain the exact
same pictures...

I did not copy and paste...I tried to move the entire folder. What I want
to know is if I do a restore to yesterday will I get my photos back? I
thought I read somewhere that if I do a restore it doesn't touch anything in
My Documents???

I don't know what to do :(

Restore points do not contain user files such as photos or documents.

Moving a file or folder doesn't change its contents. Those folders were
probably like that when they were moved, or there are other details that
we don't know about.

In the future, don't use the Move function. Rather, use the Copy
function. Then once you are confident your backup is complete and
accurate and you want to free up space on your hard drive, *then* you
may delete the files that have been successfully copied.

Have you checked the Recycle Bin? If the files are there, you should be
able to restore them.

When you say "they all contain the exact same pictures," do you mean the
last thirty albums contain the same pictures found on the first ten
albums? Perhaps that's how it always was.
