How do I find the restore message "Last known
configuration"? I tryed shut down, restart, but got no
message.......

Reboot and immediately after NT starts (before the first 10% of the text
mode progress bare elapses), hit F8. You will find a menu.

Note: By rebooting, the Last Known Good has been erased. If you start the
system and it is wrong, RESET the machine and choose LKG. If you shut down,
the current configuration will be marked as "good".
