restore recovery partition

my Emachine 3609
Vista 32 bit, now SP1 512 MB
came w/recovery partition D, that is now DELETED,(was)
and is now disk C only or 0, depend where look
I have created a new Volume D w/ 13 GB and format,
hoping to recreate the Recovery Partition
load the Disk that came w/computer into D, no success,
so I could use the Recovery Disk I made (successfully) following Instruction
giving here(it goes to D but D is Empty)
Google and vista forms did not give me the answers I looking for
sounded like I need some kind of program to recreate this recovery partition
1)Do I need some kind of Program to Restore this Recovery Partition?
2)Where could I find Instruction on how to?

The disc you made works all by itself. There is no way to recreate
the recovery partition unless you actually do a recovery using that
disc.

You put the disc in and if your optical drive is first in the boot
order, it should boot.

its not that imported anyways
D that used to be the Recovery Partition has been DELETED,
D is now the DVD RW drive
