Restore Quick Launch area & facility to create toolbars

Obviously I have misunderstood some tweaks in Kelly's Korner, but having
tried some, when all I was trying to achieve was to bring the taskbar back
to a single line because it had mysteriously changed to double its normal
height, I cannot now restore the Quick Launch area, nor use right-click on
the task bar to create other task bars, or to tile windows, all I have
achieved is to bring that taskbar back to its original height. Any help to
bring back the missing facilities would be appreciated.

Can you rt click on the start button and goto properties ? If not go into
your control panel and access the taskbar and start ment that way the
settings for quick launch are also in there.
