restore question

I just ran the restore disk on my computer. When it comes on it takes me
to a windows logon screen. I don't have my username and password to type
on this windows logon screen. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Yes, but I don't know what it was since someone else set it up.

Could you go to the Store or whoever set it up and find out what it was.
