Hi, I hope anybody can help me.

I want to restore the files from AntiSpyware quarantine
folder but the Manage Quarantine Folder from AtySpyware
appear empty. I already know that all the files are on
the Quarantine Folder but instead of the original name,
all of the have Numbers and with no extension.
What can I do to get them back as original??

Thank you.

Open the application to the Manage Quarantine location, and leave it there.
I have one report of a 6 hour wait, running in safe mode, to recover a large
number of files.

Hi,

Sorry to bother you, but you answer to my question and I
didn't know what you mean with leave my computer on the
Manage Quarantine Location. Are you going to enter to my
computer or what? Sorry for the question but I'm little
slow with this.

Thank you.

I'm simply trying to say that the program sometimes takes a long time to
show the files when you go to Manage Quarantine. Please give it some
time--perhaps a substantial amount of time--to show the files. Once they
are shown, remove the ones you need from quarantine.

I would then strongly recommend that you then copy or move the files to a
new location --preferably one under My Documents, for preservation. Do this
before you next restart.

No one can enter your computer without your permission and Bill does not
intend to.
He means you should wait several hours.
It is a process strictly internal to your computer system.
It may take that long for the recovery process.

Bill,
I live the computer on the Manage Quarantine location
like you said and nothing happens. There is only a
sentence that says "There are currently no spyware
threats in your spyware" so what do I do??

Thanks for your time.
Fernando.

Fer--if you didn't put the files into quarantine--by explicitly choosing
Quarantine, rather than Remove, for a given threat--the files will have been
removed.

In this case only a file undelete utility will help.

I don't have much experience with these utilities. Here's a reputable
source of information on some of the possibilities:
