Hi,
Just before migrating from W2K to Vista Home Premium, I perfromed a backup
of all document & program files on my system - a total of 17 CR-R disks. I
now need to restore some early documents and have discovered that I can't
access my backups - even when running the NT Restore Utility I just
downloaded & installed.
Each of my backup CDs contains only two files. One is a desktop.ini file
which contains the following:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21815
The second is a RERADME.TXT file that contais the following:
===========
Backup CD
===========
This disc is a backup CD.
Except for this file the contents of this disc must be
accessed using your backup software.
Does anyone know how I can access my backups?
TIA
