So what is the problem that YOU encounter? What is the problem?
Presumably you went looking in the knowledgebase because you had a
problem.

If your only problem was that you could not access a particular KB
article, what was the KB article number? Or instead of clicking on the
link to it, right-click on the link and copy the shortcut and then paste
it in your post.
