Johnno

Good afternoon everybody,

Will try to explain my problem. Last week I created an image of my
win98 se machine with ghost 2003 (symantec). On this machine,
microsoft outlook 2000 was running. All this including personal
folders (.pst) and all main folder like inbox, sent items and more.
When creating this image some messages still were in the inbox and
outbox. I forgot to transfer these to a personal folder.
All items in the Mailbox folders 'ínbox'and 'sent 'items' were
imported / collected via an internet mail session. So no mail was kept
on my pop server.
All items were imported to the inbox and sent items folder. Therefore
they have to be in my created image. But where ?

Machine has been setup with winxp now and outlook 2000....

Was looking for outlook items which can be restored from the image.
..pst files are no problem at all. But where does ghost hide the inbox
and sent items messages ? Remember I only use ms outlook 2000; not
outlook express.

thanks for your time

John

All messages are in the PST (including your Inbox and Sent Items) if that
was your main delivery location. If you receive mail on an Exchange server
and that is your main delivery location, then your Inbox (and Calendar,
Tasks, Sent Items, Outbox, Notes, Journal, and Contacts) are on the Exchange
server and not kept on your hard drive at all.
