I accidentally deleted the "To Tallest" option on the Form Format | Size
menu when creating a custom toolbar for Access 2000.
A repair and re-install of Office failed to restore the missing menu option,
so I searched for some help, however, I couldn't find any.
I did find one thread on Google Groups relating to custom threads, but there
was only a warning to be sure to use the CTRL key to copy menu items!

After some experimentation, I found this procedure will restore missing menu
items.
1) Log off normal Windows 2000 user account (my usual account is
adminstrator)
2) Log in under another user account
3) Start Access
4) Use Tools | Customize to create a custom toolbar or modify an existing
one
5) The missing menu item should now appear in its original position
6) IMPORTANT - Use _CTRL_ and drag a COPY of the menu item to the custom
toolbar
7) Shut down Access
8) Log back in to Windows 2000 under your usual account
9) Start Access again
10) Click on Tools | Customize
11) Use CTRL to drag a COPY of the menu item back to its original menu
position
I hope this helps if you find yourself in the same predicament.
