restore meetings in Outlook 203

in process deleting a meeting/appointment, after editing the message in the
item, I change my mind about deleting it, but after selecting don't send, the
meeting ends up being deleted from my calendar, but not from other's
calendars.

How can I restore the meeting to my calendar such that it is still connected
to the meeting item on other's calendars??

Can you pull it out of your Deleted Items fodler and place it back on the
calendar?
