Restore Files

I was publishing a Web and, on orde to delete the old
files in the server I deleted the new files on my PC. SO
I NEED HELP! Where I can found in my PC the files
deleted? I think they was in some place in my hard disk.
 
Contact your host & see if they have a backup of your online web
