Hi Kelly,
Changing the file system should not be a factor. However, is your recovery
process destructive or non-destructive (does it erase the original
installation and replace it with a factory image?)? If destructive, I would
suggest that you remove the existing partition and rebuild it aspart of the
setup routine. Also, if any etra peripherals are attached, particularly zip
drives, remove them during installation.

I don't know if this may be of any consequence but I did change my system
from FAT32 to NTFS, could this be part of the problem??
